1995 Saturn SL1 Approx 200,000 miles

I had a hole put in my gas tank by a stereo installation co. Who was mounting a speaker box into my trunk. 1st I would like to know if any book anywhere shows a diagram of the gas tank in reference to its location under the trunk. I will buy it. Also I was offered plastic welding for the gas tank. Is it just me or is that crazy.

That is crazy. The tank needs to be replaced. The stereo shop will probably try to tell you glue will work. It wont. As far as tank reference in the car, thats something you just have to look under it and give it your best guess. Remember the tank is bolted up very close to the floorboard, so there isnt much room for screws
