my car smokes alot in the morning while warming up its white smoke. And also when driving it like for 2hours or so
when I come to a stop and put it back in gear. Only in first gear it starts to rattle and feels like it is going to die off or blow out the motor but then I put it back in neutral and theres no bad rattle or nothing

You might want to get a block test done on the radiator, the kit cost about 50.00 and it detects exhaust particles in the antifreeze, some white smoke in the winter is normal, excessive smoke can be a sign of a head gasket problem.
