I forgot to say that my car is a 'Sc2'. Thanks :) My car started having problems with reversing. First it would need more rpm's to go into reverse and now it won't go into reverse at all.I took it to Autozone so they could do the key test thing and tell me what the codes said. They said it had a 26, 11, and a 41. I know they said one of them indicated a problem starting the car but there was never a problem with that. When I went to start the car to leave I then had a problem starting. And have since but not as badly. Now I'm having problems with it not wanting to shift. My brother found a leak in tranny fluid so I put tranny fluid and tranny stuff to stop the leak in it but so far I'm still not getting it to do what it's supposed to!I just did that about an hr before I posted this. So it might still help.I don't know what to do, please help and I hope you don't say put another tranny in it.I can get the tranny from a friend who has a car stuff shop but I dont know where I should go to have it put in. My brother can't do it cuz he's never worked on a front wheel drive before. He also said they have to take out the the cars innards to get to the tranny! Is that true? Why cant they just get it from the bottom since it's on the bottom? Would it be better, considering the cost to repair it, to look into getting another car?Which would be better cuz I need the car to get a better job but I need a better job to pay for any repairs on the car! I would appreciate any help you can give me very much. XOXO

Codes- 11- doesnt show up on my list
26- Quad driver error (not trans related)
41- EST circuit open or shorted
(not trans related)
Sounds like the trans is going out. Sorry to say it, but you might want to find a shop that will install your used trans, they wont warranty it, but might install it for a good price
