I'm driving a 95 saturn sc2 with 122xxx miles with a rebuilt engine with under 2000 miles on it and ive noticed in the past couple weeks that theres spots on my driveway under my car, I looked at them and its coming from near my radiator I wanna say and its red fluid so I know its ATF, just wondering if the guy who rebuilt my engine couldve knocked something loose or whats leaking and how much repairs would be?

To quote a price, one needs to know what to quote. Costs vary from shop to shop and vary throughout the country.

Since the car is 12 years old there is a chance that something such as a transmission line that is weak could have been moved during the engine replacement, which I wouldn't hold the shop responsible for. However if the line is loose and was removed by the shop, then they would be responsible. I would expect if you take the car in, the shop will look and decide if they are responsible or give you a cost on repairs. Ask them to look over their work and your concerns.
