1995 Other Saturn Models Idling problem

I own a 95 Saturn SL2 First time I start my car every morning it does fine, but after I've driven it once it will have this problem the rest of the day. When I start it, one of two things will happen, either it will just stall immediately, or it will rev high, to the 2k or 3k rpm range, then drop down low to below 1k, then will rev back up to the 2k-3k range again, and it will repeat this for a while and either stabilize, or stall. So far I have replaced the IAC valve, the TPS, Sparkplugs and fuel filter. Also the starter but I don't think that's relevant to the problem.
