1994 Other Saturn Models shouting over the car

I own a 1994 saturn sl manual drive. I commute normal distances 30-40 miles. When I first purchased 6 months ago, I had no problem. Now whenever the car is decelerating there is loud vibrations. Almost as if you down shifted at high speed. It's getting worse quickly. NOt the brakes, no visual rubbing in the wheel well. not sure if it's related but the wheel pulls to the right a little. Other than that the car runs great. Any Ideas on waht could be a problem.
