2003 Saturn L200 How do I get my car started

I recently changed my fuel injectors to correct an rough idling problem. I used a chilton manual and since I replaced them I cannot get fuel pressure and fuel into the cylinders. I have check the fuel pump and it is pumping fuel and the fuel rail is also receiving fuel but no fuel pressure is building up. I have bled the system to my best ability but I cannot figure out what the problem is and I am hoping that you have some suggestions.
