2001 Saturn L200 Fuel filter replacement

I am attempting to do some small repairs on my own. I have a 2001 Saturn L200. I want to replace the fuel filter myself. Is it difficult to do? Where is the filter located, and, are there special tools I might need to do the job?

Fuel filter is under the car at the right front corner of the fuel tank. Fram G7333

You will need this tool.

Well, all you need is the 5/16" fuel, but you have to purchase the entire kit for $12. The kit is good when you have to transmission or AC service
