my heat core in my car has gone bad and is leaking antifreeze into my car i took the paneling off and found where it was my question to you is there a way to bypass it or shut it down for now or do i have to remove it all together

U could bypass it for now but u would have to go under the hood find the two hose that go to the firewall to the heater core cut both hoses and get a connector and loop those two hoses that go to the heater core together so they bypass the heater core and go back to the engine.or u could also just replace the heater core not that hard to do.usually it's just the orings that leak but they don't sell the orings seperately but u could try to match up the orings.are the orings leaking?let me know.
