2000 Saturn L200 CHANGES GEARS WHEN ACCELERATE

I have a 2000 saturn ls2, when I'm driving and I accelerate my transmission start to change gears from low gear back to regular gears. When I accelerate for speed it start to change back to low speed.

Thoise transmisisons had all sorts of issues with the valve bodies inside them. Does the speedo work properly? You may want to start by having the PCM scanned for transmission related codes. They dont always set the check engine light, even though the computer has recorded a fault
