2005 Saturn Ion Noise

I have a 2005 Saturn Ion. I put gas in my car 2 days ago, when I got in the car it crank up slowly and then when I released the clutch to go the car got very loud and the motor started shakin. I had the car placed on a computer it said I needed a tune up. I did the tune up and the lite is still blicking check engine. When you press the clutch in the car stops making the loud noises and the shaking settles down. What could be the problem?

Ok let me ask u this was the car running good before u filled it up with gas?Also did it make the strange noise before u filled it up with gas?What codes did u have before the repair and also what did they replace when they fixed it?One more question when u let the clutch out when its not in a gear do u still hear the noise or is it only heard when u let it out in gear also if ur driving down the road can u hear the noise the more details the better. Let me know.
