2004 Saturn Ion linkage hooked to strut and sway bar

The rubber bushing are bad do you replace the link or just the bushings? Thanks Vic

Do u mean the sway bar bushings and brackets that hold done the sway bar. Also is the reason u need to replace them is because it clunks in the front when u turn left or right from the front end?
