Ok first a hub bearing may sound great on the rack with no pressure on it and make lots of noise on the ground with the weight of the car on it. So I need you do something and listen to your car as you do. I need you to take it for a drive and make left and right hand turns and listen to see if the noise changes. If you turn left does the noise get worse or seem to go away and same on the right. Let me know what you find here and we will go from there ok.

Well you could put the tire in the back and see if happens to change but I think you will be replacing the right front hub assembly. Sense you can turn right and the noise lessens but when you turn left it stay's then I suspect the right side to be the problem as when you turn right you are lifting the weight off of it.
