Will my car fail safety and emissions with a bad wheel bearing, alignment and heat that doesn't work?
Front right end has a lot of grinding noises ans a bit of shaking while driving 30 mph or higher. I am assuming that is either alignment or a bad wheel bearing. Brakes/rotors maybe? The faster I go the louder it is.

Good afternoon,

What state do you reside?

I would say yes, to the hub bearing as that will fail and could cause a failure of the suspension.

As far as emission, if the check engine light is not on while running and the monitors are good, then it will pass that portion.
