First that are two things that makes the car run. Electricity and Gasoline. Either of one dosen't come.
I never heard the no power on crank senser.
Either the starter dosen't work. First check the Batterine. If you try to start the car and the starter crank but can start the car is the fuel. You have the check the fuel pump. On saab the fuel pump is delicate pump. To checket you have loose hose at the fuel filter and someone else make to start the car and you have to see if gasoline come. If come is electrical. If dosen't come is fuel pump.
Fuel pump is locatet under the rear seat on passengers in back.
