i am trying to replace the tail light of my saab. They are real easy to get to but I am unsure as to which light is the brake light. Are they on the trunk lid or on the other?

Your brake function bulbs r the outer most bulbs, double contact type bulbs the next bulb near trunk lid edge is your park lamp bulb, but acts as a brake light when original brake bulb blows, that is how the saab rear brake light works, the bulb on the trunk lid is for rear fog light & reverse light.
