1999 SAAB 9-5 Hesitation when driving

What is causing my vehicle to hesitate when excellerating and at idle. I just had a fuel injector service and my spark plugs replaced, but I am still having this problem. At times it runs fine but the hesitation returns. What should I be looking for to fix this problem?

U may have a direct ignition cassette going bad, also get fuel pressure checked, monitor while driving check pressure gauge at acceleration, is your check engine light on, if so read codes & post back, good luck.
