I just put in a new battery and a new referbished alternator and the battery still isn't taking a charge. What could this be?

DID U CHECK FOR ANY BLOWN MAXI TYPE FUSES, IF ALL OK, CHECK WIRING HARNESS, IF OK, THAN U MAY NEED TO REPLACE YOUR UNDER HOOD ELECTRICAL CENTER, [FUSE BOX] THIS BOX IS A CONTROL UNIT, CALLED [UEC] WHICH WHEN REPLACED REQUIRE PROGRAMMING, DONE BY A DEALER, SO TAKE VEHICLE TO DEALER TO HAVE THEM DIAGNOSE PROBLEM FIRST, GOOD LUCK. ALSO MAKE SURE THE REBUILT ALTERNATOR IS WORKING
