2003 SAAB 9-3 repair Question SAAB 9-3 Bucking and hesitatio

I have a 2003 9-3 Vector 2.0T with automatic trans.
The car has started bucking and hesitating usually when accelerating. Backing off the gas stops the bucking. Sometimes it goes into a limp home mode.
Acceleration becomes very slow off the line (I think
it starts in 3rd gear and gradually builds up speed).
I have heard about a software upload fix to the OBD? Or any other ideas?

Only way to fix is to take it to your area saab service garage to check codes, to find out if the cause is a bad gas pedal assemble, [fly by wire type ] gas pedal of a bad throttle body, or if your battery leaked acid on the wires & connector under it, if so god helps your pocket, only repairs is the complete wire harness mostly located inside of vehicle & partial eng area good luck.
