1999 SAAB 9-3 repair Question Car shakes at anything over 40

My car started shaking at 40mph. I have replaced the motor mounts (1 was broken) and had the alignment checked the tires balanced and rotated. I am not sure what to try next any suggestions.

Get your passenger side drive axle checked for a worn tri-pad bearing & bell joint, does it shake while turning to the right?, U may also have a bad rim or tire, these can be bad but still balance out , get rim & tire runout plus road force checked this is the only way to find out if rim or tire is bad, if your tire shop bypass this process & went straight to balancing then u will never know about rim & tire condition.
