You are about to buy a 1999 saab 9-3 The person that you are buying the car from told you that you should fill the coolant thank once everyweek. Why do you have to do that and What could be wrong?

U should take vehicle to your mechanic to have engine cooling system tested before u buy said car cause it may be something minor like a water pump going bad or it can be something major like warp cylinder head or head been porus.
