1991 SAAB 9-3 repair Question Turbo Problem

On my saab 9-3 the turbo has a reader with three sections. The needle all of the sudden stopped going into the second section like it should if the turbo were working properly. What does this indicate about the turbo?

Hi there,

This will be a boost gauge, you will have to get the turbo boost tested, this is a simple job, there just may be a leak in the hose to the gauge a faulty gauge or an induction pressure leak.
