Runs high RPM(1800) in idle(when park and nutral position).

Runs high RPM(1800) in idle(when park and nutral position), when drives it acts like normal but idle position engine runs in 1800 to 2000 RPM.
my pcv value gets oile and wet.

The PCV is exposed to oil and crankcase gasses, so oil isn't too out of the ordinary. Tell me, have you checked for engine vacuum leaks? Have you checked the idle air control valve (IAC)? The IAC, which is mounted on the throttle body, is responsible for maintaining the engine idle speed.

Adjusted set screw for TPS sensor, it is gone and I do not why it loosen up.

The TPS is regulated through the ECM. Not sure there is an adjustment on it.
