Running rough and smokes bluish gray color smoke coming from the exhaust pipe

Changed motor oil and filter.
I put in 5 quarts of oil 5-30w.
Did not wanted to started until I go to town and get one more quart of oil.
Two days later got it done.
Started up but didn't want to run as before I change the oil.
Run rough and smoking at the tail end pipe.
Run it that way for 30 miles and ran okay, every time I start, runs rough and smokes bluish grey's smokes.

Hello, I'm Danny.

Having blue smoke coming out the tailpipe and running rough like that usually means oil is entering into the combustion process and being burned. with that high of a mileage on the engine I would suspect either worn piston rings or valve stems seals causing this issue.
