Hello, this sounds like something going on with the security system, possibly a fault with one of the systems' sensors, or door switch. I would have a full system scan done to see if any trouble codes are stored in any modules. Even though the check engine light is not on, there could still be codes setting in other modules that are not emissions related so they wouldn't trigger the check engine light. If you have any devices plugged into power ports, try taking them out and see if the problem persists, with so many wireless devices these days, and many vehicles receive wireless updates now as well, it could be any number of things causing it. There are not many technical service bulletins posted for this vehicle yet. I will check around at some other service locations to see if this issue has come up for anyone else and post it here if so.
I assume this vehicle has a push button start? And are there any other systems not working correctly in the vehicle, such as Blue tooth, or any lights on the instrument cluster or display?
