Rear anti lock light on

So I have two questions.

1.) I have the rranti lock light on my dashboard what does that mean?

2.) I have no dashboard lights why?

Did these happen at the same time? I would check the rear wheel speeds sensors. Here is a video to show you how to test them without using a scanner:
