When my vehicle gets up to two or three thousand RPM it jerks. I recently found out the torque converter was loose and that the flex plate needs to be replaced. I am just wanting to see what I am looking at as far as having it fixed. Also need to know if driving it will further mess things up.

Hello,

When I was researching labor times for your vehicle's problem, I also found this Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) from the manufacturer. You might want to call your local dealership and inquire about it. I have included it in the diagrams down below. I also included the parts and labor estimate for you. The time for repair is given, but shop labor rates vary. They can be anywhere from around $100.00 - $175.00/hour. You would have to inquire with whatever shop you were going to use for their shop labor rate.

Thanks
Alex
