When I lock the car using the key about 5 seconds later the indicators start flashing. And when I am driving the car the interior light will keep coming on.

The Interior light problem is a faulty door switch or there is a fault on the alarm system which is causing the indicator's to flash as well ... the vehicle will need to be plugged into a diagnostic computer to locate the fault !!
