Rough idle

My car will start, but irregular idle then does. I have had the MAF Sensor, all sensors changed basically. No vacuum leak. Any new ideas?

Yes, also used throttle cleaner on it. Im about ready to sell it, this would be a mechanics dream.

I would start with a compression test to see if you have a low cylinder. You could have a intake valve leaking.
