Rough Brake Pedal

My brake pedal is Rough I changed the Booster yesterday brand new the master cylinder is good I think I bled all brakes any ideas?

When I push brake pedal it's rough
If I force the brake pedal down it's rough still but does vibrate a bit as I keep pressing on the brake I've changed a brand new booster but it's still rough when I brake.

It sounds like you may have out of round rotors that may effect the brake pedal.
