Rotor is not spinning

Van turns over but will not start. I was driving and all a sudden it quit running. Will not start now.

I am going to assume you have the 3.0L engine. If that is correct, the best suspect is the timing belt broke. This is an interference engine, so there will likely be bent valves too.
