Reading code 136 because the catalytic converter is going out?

My car listed above is reading code 136 because my catalytic converter is going out due to code 332 (insufficient EGR flow) I replaced the EGR valve and I'm still encountering the same issue. Is there a vacuum line that connects to the arm of the EGR? There's a port there.

Can you upload an image of the port in question? Also did you replace the catalytic converters as well? If not, this is your problem, the catalytic converters will not get better after the EGR replacement.

The catalytic converter hasn't been replaced. The code 136 says it's to lean. I know the catalytic converter is going bad because of the sound it makes. But the EGR valve is still reading code 332 insufficient flow, even after being changed. It hasn't improved the performance of the motor, so I'm stumped. I'm convinced this is why the catalytic converter is going bad. That nipple coming off the main line didn't have anything attached to it upon removal.

That port goes to the EGR pressure feedback sensor which will give you the EGR flow code. The Pressure Feedback EGR (PFE) Sensor is located at center rear of engine, near RH side of intake manifold. Please make sure the EGR valve ports are clear and free from carbon. Check out the images (below). Please let us know how it goes.

That could be an open air vent which is no to have anything on it. When the engine is running does it have vacuum?

That was the issue with my EGR valve. I bought a foot of hose from part store and code instantly disappeared.
