I need a how to of how to replace the rocker panels on my car listed above quad coupe.

Which part of the rockers are you replacing the outer cover parts or the inner supports? They are different methods depending on which pieces. For most of them you will need to cut and weld on the inner sections and braces while the outer cover is bonded on. If you need to replace the inner pieces you will need to have a body and frame table to lock the chassis in place as those are the main structural supports for the entire car and removing them without having it locked in place and with proper support will cause a problem. I would also check to be sure you can get the parts first as body parts for them are somewhat hard to find these days.
