Engine miss rocker arm was jumped off

When I start the car there is clicking noise. Then it would go away. One day the car had a miss. Number 6 cylinder had the miss. I took off the valve cover. Found rocker arm was jump off. Is it okay to put one rocker arm and lifter in? The lobe on cam looks good.

Good evening,

Yes, but the reason it cam off needs to be determined. It may have been the lifter but it may also be a broken valve spring as well.

I attached the procedure below with the required tools needed.

Yes, it is. You can replace just the broken parts.
