When I take out my cam phaser bolt out and have my timing chain secure, can I loosen up my cam caps slowly and evenly then lift out the cam so I can replace my rockers?
have the same problem?

No use the tool in the picture, otherwise the chain will jump.

Thanks do you know where I can get that tool? Sorry to keep bothering you, but these high tech motors are nothing like I used to do!

Check around it may be a Ford tool, but other places will have something similar that will work. Snap on, Matco, Mac maybe an auto parts store like Lisle or OTC tools.
