Right yellow parking lights off on a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan?

My 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan recently failed the state inspection because its yellow parking lights on the front right (passenger) side went off.

The big yellow light inside the main headlight assembly uses a dual-filament bulb and doubles as a turn signal. The turn signal part works; the parking light part doesn't.

The small yellow light on the side of the assembly doesn't work either.

It's not a light bulb problem: when I swap the light bulbs with the left-hand (driver side) assembly, they work alright on the driver side.

It's not a fuse problem either. I tried swapping the fuses that protect the parking lights on the left-hand (good) side and the right-hand (broken) side. The fuse works alright on the driver side.

The same fuse protects the red parking lights on the rear on the car. Both of them work. When I take the fuse out, the rear-end parking lights goes off (as it should). When I plug it back in, the rear-end parking light works (again, as it should). Only the front-end yellow parking lights are broken.

I think the problem is either somewhere in the TIPM connector or in the wiring of the harness, but I don't have any schematics for either.

Do you have any schematics for the Dodge 2017 Grand Caravan? Is it a common problem? Should I start with looking at the connector or taking the fender off and looking at the harness?

Thank you in advance.

Okay, the parking lights run off of the same fuse so that is not it, also the TIPM is hard wired internally. So with the running lights on I would check for power at the wht/org wire going to the headlight assembly, chances are the wiring is broken or you have a bad connection/melted at the wiring connector for the headlight lens. This guide can help you test for power.

Please go over this guide and get back to us. Thanks for the images they help.

There's no continuity between the fuse terminal and the connectors terminals on both the front and the side yellow lamps. I used a multimeter to check for the continuity.

There is continuity between the connectors themselves (the hot terminal of the side lamp and the hot terminal of the front lamp). There are no signs of melting, so I'm inclined to think the connectors are OK.

I think the wiring is broken somewhere inside the harness, on the way from the TIPM to the headlight assembly.

What I'm about to do is run a bypass wire from the TIPM to the headlight assembly.

My question is: where exacty on the TIPM connector is the wire I need to bypass? I know it runs off fuse M18, but where is it on the connector's side? And which connector is it?

I can probably spend some time with the multimeter / beep tester figuring it out, but it would be easier if I had the diagram in the first place.

Thank you in advance for your help!
