Right front turn signal indicator signal failure?

Right front turn signal indicator signal failure comes on dashboard. Fast flash on rear right taillight. Changed bulbs and swapped front left turn signal bulbs with front right turn signal bulbs and nothing. Front right turn signal does nothing even when turning on hazards. They only turn on when using parking lights? Don't know wat else to do?

It sounds like the circuit is backfeeding because of a bad ground. Let's use this guide to help check the ground at the socket with the bulb removed:

Please test the black wire at the socket and let me know what you find. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
