I have a strong rhythm humming noise coming from the front drivers side of my Honda Pilot. I've had it to the dealership twice without resolve. Initially they diagnosed it as a bad hub assembly on the front left and replaced it. That did not resolve the issue. I took it back to them and they investigated the source of the sound for 2 weeks and could not find the issue. They even replaced the rear drivers side hub assembly incase thats where the sound was coming from. Any ideas what else might imitate the sound of a bad wheel bearing?

Yep, I would rotate the tires front to rear to see if the noise changes/stops. That way you know it is the tire. The only other thing would be the drive axle CV joint is worn out. Please upload a video in your response so I can hear the noise? Also it could be the transfer unit is going bad. I would put it on a lift and run the car in drive so front and rear wheel turn then listen for the noise at the transfer unit it should be obvious. Here is what it looks like. Check out the images (below).
