Replacing licence plate light bulbs

Both bulbs need to be replaced and I have the bulbs already, however the screws are rusted. Not sure what to do.

Hello, if you spray the screws down with some liquid wrench or some other penetrating oil and let it sit over night, you should be able to work the screws out. I know they get tough when they've been exposed to the elements for years.
