Replacing engine coolant sensor (G62): Implausible Signal, P0116

Trying to locate and replace P0116 engine coolant temperature sensor (ECT). Code reading, engine coolant temp sensor (G62): Implausible Signal./ Where do I find this sensor on the motor and by chance would you have a how to video to watch how it’s done please, thank you

We don't have a video for this repair but here is the location of the sensor so you can change it out. You say v6 in your post but it is a 4 cylinder. The sensor is at he front of the engine near the drive belt. It says you will need to remove the radiator to get at it. Clear the codes once the job is completed. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
