Replacement of passenger seat belt receiver

I am wondering if someone can tell me if I will need to remove the passenger seat to replace the seat belt receiver or buckle (the part by the center console).

I would appreciate your help.

Hello,

You should not have to remove the seat to get the buckle out.
You will have to move the seat all the way forward, that should give you enough room to get to the mounting bolt.

I have attached replacement procedure below.
