The alternator belt broke and we are trying to get the new one on, but cannot figure out how to get the other belts out of the way.

Hello, I am Danny.

To get the belts off that are in front of the alternator belt you must loosen the nut on the A/C idler pulley to loosen the set screw to loosen the belt. Loosen the nut on the power steering pump to loosen the set screw as well. I have attached a picture and circled in red what needs to be loosened. You will do same for the alternator. Hope this helps and feel free to ask any questions if needed. Thanks for using 2CarPros.
