Replaced stereo and now door locks do not work

I removed the factory stereo and replaced it with an eclipse av3424 stereo/cd/dvd. Now my power door locks do not work and the stereo does not turn off. I need to know what can cause this and how to fix it. I am not even able to lock the doors manually. They are automatic door locks that worked just fine before installing the new stereo.

For the radio not turning off, recheck the wire connections. Most probably the power source has been wrongly used, one is hot at all times and this is for the memory. If it is used for the main power supply, the radio would have to be turned off manually, turning ignition off do not turn radio off.

For the door locks not working, check the ground connections at center of dash. While installing radio, the ground circuit could have been loosened and not retightened securely. Check for blown fuses.
