P1684 is nothing to worry about it just means that the pcm has been cleared. 1193 is inlet air temp sensor if it has 4.2 volts going in on dark blue/lt green wire and not over5.2 volts then it's ok.1388 see pic and check fuse 16 however this may be the integrated power module that is bad.
