This is a common occurance on the new style meganes. This is often recitified with a replacement of the discs, pads, and also having a set of shims fitted to the caliper helps the noise. It wont always cure it unfortunately. I dont know how much of this renault may cover under the warranty though. (Renault rules frequently change!)
