Remote start in valet mode

My remote start seems to be in valet mode, whenever I press it twice, I get one horn beep and it locks, but no start. I do not know how to fix it.

I have attached a tutorial showing a Security System Reset. If you scroll to the bottom you can also click on Dodge. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2Carpros.
