Remote was working sometimes. After a foolish man with a scanner tried to fix it. It's not working again. After two years of stopping the remote, my friend mechanic bought a modern scanner and brought a technical programming and I supervised the process of reprogramming the keys of the factory. The result is as follows: the scanner programmed the two keys for operation, but the wireless did not work, knowing that the scanner received the three signals from the remote.
Thank you.

Hello,

Here is the instructions for fixing the remote programming:

The key-less entry transmitters do not require a manual synchronization procedure. If needed, the transmitters automatically re-synchronize when any button on the transmitter is pressed within range of the vehicle. The transmitter will operate normally after the automatic synchronization.

Key-less Entry System Inoperative
Diagnostic Instructions
Perform the Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle prior to using this diagnostic procedure.
Review Strategy Based Diagnosis for an overview of the diagnostic approach.
Diagnostic Procedure Instructions provides an overview of each diagnostic category.

Circuit/System Description
The key-less entry system is a vehicle entry device. The key-less entry will unlock the vehicle doors or open the rear compartment when a corresponding button on the key-less entry transmitter is pressed. This is accomplished by the key-less entry transmitter sending a radio frequency to the remote control door lock receiver (RCDLR). The RCDLR interprets the signal and activates the requested function via a message over the serial data line. A low transmitter battery or radio frequency (RF) interference from aftermarket devices such as 2-way radios, power inverters, cellular phone chargers, computers, etc. May cause a system malfunction. High RF traffic areas, such as gas stations which use pay-at-the-pump RF transponders, may also cause interference that could lead to a malfunction.

Diagnostic Aids
For the J 43241 Key-less Entry Tester, inspect the key-less entry transmitter part number to determine that it is the correct model for the vehicle. See Special Tools. A wrong model transmitter may pass the test, but it will not activate the vehicle remote system.

Hi,

When I bought the car it was brand new. This means that the keys are issued from the factory. Unfortunately, the maintenance centers were destroyed by the war. So I try to fix the problem with your help because several programmers failed to program the key. But one of them has a device to check the key. The test result was positive. I think the problem is in the receiver or the central lock module, because another problem has surfaced. Driver's side lock is blocked. When I disconnect the central lock module and connect it, the lock works several times and the problem returns.
Best regards

Yep, the central lock module will need to be programmed. Here is a video of what needs to be done to confirm and fix the problem:
