Regarding coldstart problems cranks for a long time

Hi I have a mk5 1.9tdi golf mileage 136.965 had coldstart issues replaced all 4 glowplugs still getting the same cold start problems cranks for ages before it starts and grey smoke from exhaust
Vag. Com aint coming up with anything else any idea what else it can be
Battery was changed last year brand new one
Ive heard stuff like temp sensor
Glowplug loom/relay or even a fuse?
Once it does start its fine after that just the first start in the mornings

Cranking speed has to be 280rpm or more anything less will cause starting issues. Glow plugs are not needed unless temp is below 7c.

Make sure your in-tank (low pressure) fuel pump is working.
