Red lightning bolt, rough idle and stalls out?

truck starts up and idles rough and will stall out occasionally. Red lightning bolt is on dash and is not blinking. Used scanner, no trouble codes popped up. The following parts are new: crank and cam shaft sensor, throttle body. help

The red lightning bolt on the dash means there is a problem with the throttle body. Nine times out of ten the unit just needs to be serviced.
