Rear windows

This is an old police car the rear windows wont work. The buttons are new they work off the master switch only, but do not work off rear ones. Is there a fuse or relay that control the rear ones?

The rear windows do not work but they work. The first thing I would do is pop out a rear switch, then with the ignition switch turned on, check each of the wires to see if one has 12 volts. That will dictate where to go next and will have to dig up a wiring diagram. If the 12 volts is missing, check the wiring harnesses between the door hinges to see if any wires are broken or frayed.
